Jody L. Winter is the Principal Attorney and CEO at LloydWinter, P.C. in Fresno, California. He heads up California-based litigation for Immigration Support Advocates.

LloydWinter, P.C. is a civil litigation firm practicing breach of contract, fraud, injury, and real property litigation, mediation, and arbitration of disputes in state and federal courts. At the firm, Mr. Winter is responsible for all aspects of legal representation and business management including marketing, client intake, representation in court, and case management.  Prior to founding LloydWinter, P.C. in 2012, Mr. Winter was an associate with the firm Gilmore, Wood, Vinnard and Magness in Fresno, California. There he practiced civil litigation in the areas of business and commercial cases, real property litigation including eminent domain and CEQA, appeals, and probate litigation.  Mr. Winter has published a constitutional litigation opinion with David Gilmore in Tosi et al v. County of Fresno 161 Cal.App.4th 799. On a personal note, Mr. Winter has served in various leadership capacities at the Well Community Church in Fresno for the past 14 years, where he and his family are still highly involved.

Jennifer represents clients in California-based litigation under the Form I-864. She graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration, a Concentration in Law and Public Policy, and a Minor in Spanish. From there, Jennifer attended Syracuse University College of Law. She served as Executive Editor on the Syracuse Law Review. Jennifer graduated cum laude from Syracuse in 2008 with a Juris Doctorate.

After graduation, Jennifer moved to Fresno, California. She was hired by Gilmore, Wood, Vinnard & Magness in October 2008. Jennifer was admitted to the California bar in December 2008. She worked as a civil litigation associate for Gilmore until all 2012, at which time she moved to Texas and began doing legal contract work for Lloyd Winter. She handles legal research, discovery, pleadings, and communication for Lloyd Winter.

She has advised or represented over 600 clients in divorce & family law, consumer/bankruptcy, estate matters and I-864 enforcement. She was the first attorney to file an action for enforcement of an I-864 immigration affidavit of support in the Western District of Virginia, and survived summary judgment. Based on her broad practice experience, Ms. Slovensky is able to draw on other areas of law to benefit her clients holistically.

Devin T. Theriot-Orr assists with federal court I-864 enforcement cases in Washington State. Recognized nationally as an authority on immigration litigation, Devin frequently speaks at trainings and conferences.

Devin is the Principal Attorney at Sunbird Law, PLLC where his practice focuses on complex immigration litigation before the federal agencies and before the federal courts. Devin is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, where he sits on the national amicus committee. Devin presents regularly at national and regional conferences and enjoys teaches immigration law at Seattle University School of Law.
